UNE ROSE BLEUE (ANNIVERSAIRE)

Une rose bleue
venue d’au-delà des étoiles.
Une rose bleue
parfum sublime, subliminal.
Une rose bleue
trouvée au bord du chemin,
à l’endroit où conscience
sort du coquillage gamin.
Je la garderai toute ma vie…
mon lien fragile à l’infini.

Un bout du chemin
qui part d’au-delà du ciel.
Un bout du chemin
enchanté, irrationnel.
Un bout de chemin
que nous avons fait ensemble,
parfois à bride abattue,
parfois à l’amble.
Et si ce bout retrouve sa fin…
dès aujourd’hui commence demain.

Etrange rose calée
au présent, au passé!
Lorsqu’une pétale s’ouvre
je trouve un mot, caché.
Un lieu, un choix, un secret,
une rencontre, un essai,
une chance saisie…
une chance ratée.

Et qu’est-ce que j’ai
à découvrir, à chercher,
avant que la dernière
pétale ne soit tombée?
Une rose bleue,
et encore un bout de chemin.
Je prends le sentier devant moi…
J’espère qu’il croisera le tien.
Un bout de chemin…
une rose bleue…

UNE ROSE BLEUE (ANNIVERSAIRE)
( English translation : gives the meaning,
but isn’t really poetry ! )

A blue rose from far beyond the stars.
A blue rose, its perfume sublime, subliminal.
A blue rose, found by the side of the path,
At the place where self-awareness breaks out of childhood's shell.
I shall treasure it all of my life - my fragile link with infinity.

A part of the way which leads from beyond the sky,
A part of the way, enchanted, irrational,
A part of the way which we travelled together,
Sometimes unbridled and recklessly free,
Sometimes just ambling along.
And if this part of the way has reached its end,
Well, after today, tomorrow comes.

Strange rose, tied to the present and to the past.
Each time a petal falls, I see a hidden word :
A place, a choice, a secret,
a rendezvous, an endeavour,
an opportunity grasped, one that slipped by…

And what have I still to discover, to search for,
before the last petal falls?

A blue rose, and another part of the path,
I'm taking the way that lies straight ahead ...
I hope it meets up with yours...
A part of the way...a blue rose ... a blue rose.....
